I've owned this Ninja system for a few years and use it every day. It's been a total workhorse with no leaks or mechanical issues. The coffee quality is consistently rich whether I'm pulling an espresso shot or brewing a full pot. It's paid for itself many times over by keeping me out of the coffee shop.
Ex-Starbucks barista here. The pot coffee has great taste and is easy to clean. Espresso exceeded expectations — it's just like in the coffee shop with standard espresso, lungo, or over ice options. Plenty of features including the frother. Setup was straightforward.

Bought this in November 2023. When the espresso section stopped working after over a year, Ninja support did a live video call and shipped me a new base even though my warranty had expired. That kind of service is why I stay loyal to the brand.
I bought three of these over the years. While the coffee quality is excellent, the durability is concerning — the second unit developed water leakage after about 7 months. The third has been fine so far, but you're rolling the dice on longevity.
