The 3-second heat-up is not an exaggeration. I walk into the kitchen, pop in a capsule, and I'm drinking espresso before I've even poured my creamer. The white color looks clean and modern on my counter.
Brews a rich, crema-topped cup every time. The multi-position water tank is genuinely useful β I rotated mine to the side because my cabinet overhang is tight. Lost a star because the app setup was finicky on my Android.
Iced coffee mode is my favorite feature. The concentrated brew over ice doesn't get diluted like regular brewed coffee poured over ice. The 18 oz carafe size is perfect for my morning travel mug.
Coffee quality is excellent, but I had a small leak from the tank seam in the first week. Tightening the tank resolved it. The capsule container holds 13 used capsules which means I empty it every week or so.
Upgraded from an older VertuoPlus and the difference in speed is dramatic. The slim design takes up less counter depth. App lets me adjust the temperature which I set slightly hotter than default.
Solid compact machine. Lever operation is smooth and capsule ejection is automatic. The starter pack had a good variety of intensities. Wish the water level window were easier to read from across the room.
I bought this primarily for the iced coffee function and it delivers. The machine is quiet during brewing compared to my old espresso machine. Cleanup is just dropping the used capsule into the container.
Good Nespresso machine at a fair price. Centrifusion extraction gives a nice crema on every size, even the 18 oz brew. The removable drip tray accommodates taller glasses. Descaling process is straightforward via the app.
My wife and I each have our own profiles in the app β she likes 5 oz espresso, I drink the 12 oz coffee. The machine remembers settings per capsule but the app customizations are a nice bonus. Pearl white is beautiful.
Fast, clean, and compact. The 47 oz tank means I'm refilling every 3-4 days for two people. Build quality feels solid. Only note: it uses proprietary Vertuo capsules, so factor that into ongoing cost.
