I love mine! It simply makes perfect espresso with ease. Frother works great too! Surprised me that the price was so low, but every DeLonghi product has never disappointed me so I took the risk. I strongly recommend this if you love no-frills, simply delicious espresso coffee.
I had a dual espresso/coffee maker from DeLonghi for 13 years. Since I didn't really use the coffee maker much, I decided to get this machine. I cannot tell you how much I love this. It's mostly automatic, dispensing just the right amount of espresso and frothing for the perfect amount of time, so it's easy to use. Easy to clean, too.
I've had this DeLonghi Classic espresso machine for approximately one month, and I prepare three coffees every day. The portafilter is very easy to fill, insert and remove, and I can choose between a single or double espresso. One of my favorite things is how quickly it heats up. The espresso tastes rich and develops a beautiful crema, while the pressure gauge lets me watch the extraction pressure.
This is the first time I bought an espresso machine and I'm loving it! It's so convenient and cost efficient instead of buying lattes from the shops every day. The machine is light weight and compact. Also very easy to setup. The espresso is prepared very quickly plus the taste and quality is amazing. The only issue is the inside of the portafilter is plastic; I'd prefer stainless steel.
Beautiful looking, but slow and coffee is not hot. The design is very elegant and modern. It is slow preparing coffee — heating up the coffee arm and then the milk frother takes time. The water tank is quite good because of its size and ease of filling. I will look into moving up a model or two.

Quality simply isn't there, especially for the price. Feels cheap, not hot enough, inconsistent shots. I'm a former barista and was disappointed in the temperature consistency and shot volume. I ended up returning it and stepping up to a higher-end model.
The DeLonghi Classic Signature may be an entry-level machine, but it has features that put it well above some competitors in this price range. The stainless steel body and pressure gauge are just two examples. The removable 1.7L water reservoir is easy to fill and has level markers. Overall, I was impressed by the compact size, easy-to-learn controls and the integrated frothing wand.
Such a great espresso machine for my start! Delivery was on time and packaging was great. The machine is extremely easy to set up and the instructions were very clear for startup. Although this may be a lower-tier machine when it comes to espresso machines, the quality of build is still outstanding and the value for my money is well worth it. The espresso is great every morning.
